Being outside is very important to me. There are many ways to be outside. It can be as simple as sitting in the grass on a warm summer day. Walking barefoot in the grass or on the beach, feeling the sand between your toes. Other times, it is important to be challenged. A heart-pounding, sweaty hike or a paddle “into the wind”. Something to clear the thoughts and cobwebs of the mind.
